May 2025 Newsletter

Community,

To those of you in the U.S.: We hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend and got to unplug for a little bit. We also want to take a moment to recognize and honor the brave men and women who have served our country, as well as those who have family members in active duty. Your sacrifices and dedication are truly commendable.

To those of you not in the U.S.: We hope that you also had a great weekend and that you are finding comfort in God’s unending love.

National Day of Prayer

We had 50 folks come together for the 74th annual National Day of Prayer on May 1st, both virtually and at EMHC. The theme was 'Pour Out to the God of Hope and be Filled,' inspired by Romans 15:13. Together, we prayed over our government, military, arts, entertainment, media, education, churches, families and business. If you couldn’t join us, we encourage you to reflect on the 2025 National Prayer or check out resources like How to Pray for America. We look forward to seeing you next year for the 75th NDOP on the first Thursday of May 2026!
